Warm Up: Tell me about your family.
This week we will begin writing feature stories. A feaature story is a story about a person, place, or thing. It is non-fiction.
Here's blog assignment #5:
1. Pick one of your 50 newspaper ideas from BA#3 and write a 5 paragraph feature story. Research at least 5 different websites (credible) with information about your topic. Be sure to give credit where credit is due. For example: "According to NationalGeographic.com, ..."
2. Copy and paste the five URLs (websites) to the bottom of your feature story.
Post your warm up, feature story, and five websites to your blog as "Blog Assignment #5."
